The Project generally consists of the construction of a groundwater well and pump station to support operation of the City’s potable water system. The project scope will be completed in two parts. Part A of the project will include the drilling, development and regulatory approval of the proposed wellhead for potable water use. Part B of the project will include the construction and equipping of the well for connection to the City’s water system, complete with site and utility improvements, mechanical, electrical, and automatic control systems. The well pump station, herein referred to as the Water Source Improvements will be located within an easement on private property adjacent to Mosier Creek and Mosier Creek Road and near the City’s existing Well No. 4 facility. The work includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees to construct the Water Source Improvements as specified within the Contract Documents. This project was previously bid in 2022, but canceled due to funding limitations at that time. Additional funding has been secured and the project is being rebid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
