Texas Parks and Wildlife Department desires to select a Design-Builder. The Design-Build contract will be awarded following a two-step process using qualifications statements, responses to additional information, and lastly, Interviews. The phases for professional services include Construction Documents, Construction Administration and Warranty performance. See attached. Contract Time is of the essence. HSP required. Due to the nature of this Project Delivery Method, the HSP requirement will be split into two (2) phases requiring one HSP. The first phase HSP will only cover the design portion of the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
