The general scope of this project is to construct a new road from LP-1604 to Sonterra Rd including a new intersection at Sonterra Rd. The new intersection will be a round-a-bout. This construction will include demolition of existing monument signs, driveways, and metal beam guard fence. New construction will include but is not limited to: mass earth grading, subgrade preparation, new asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, new storm sewer, drainage swale, outfall construction, batch detention basin. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
