This purpose of this contract is to supply Aggregate Type B Grade 3 – Materials Only to Site 1 - US 0067 at various locations within Johnson County. Types of accepted haul vehicles include End Dumps. Each Work Order will have no less than 7 calendar days to begin material delivery or to make material available for pick-up, as described in the Work Order in accordance with Article 10.8.3., “Work Orders”. Each Work Order will specify a delivery site by the bid item in the contract and quantity to be supplied. Currently, there is 1 delivery site shown on the plans. The delivery site will be US 67 in Johnson Count Bonds required.
