This purpose of this contract is to supply Emulsion – Materials Only to Site 1 - US 0067 at various locations within Johnson County. Types of accepted haul vehicles include End Dumps. Each Work Order will have no less than 7 calendar days to begin material delivery or to make material available for pick-up, as described in the Work Order in accordance with Article 10.8.3., “Work Orders”. Each Work Order will specify a delivery site by the bid item in the contract and quantity to be supplied. There is 1 delivery site shown on the plans. The delivery site will be US 0067 in Johnson County. Minimum delivery quantity shall be 5000 gallons. Partial loads will use a multiplier to cover full load freight cost. All deliveries/transports shall include a pump and hose to offload material into TxDOT distributor trucks. Bonds required.
