This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is a solicitation process, which is expected to culminate in a negotiated agreement between the City of Kerrville, Texas (“Kerrville”), and a qualified pyrotechnic company to provide a fireworks display for the annual Fourth of July Celebration. Proposers are to submit a design, supply, installation, and execution of a turn-key pyrotechnic display for the Fourth of July celebration in Kerrville, Texas. This formal proposal will be for a contract period of three years, 2024-2026.
