The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the removal of a failed polyurethane liner, and the installation of a new CIPP in a 20” sanitary sewer main. (450 LF). There is an existing aerial crossing exposing 270 LF of flanged steel pipe that can be disconnected and worked on aside, during removal of the failed liner, if desired. This project includes all labor materials, equipment, and all operations required to effectively install a new Cured In Place Pipe, according to the Technical Specifications in Appendix E. General Contractor shall self-perform 51% of this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
