The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the purchase of concrete (or concrete products) that is expected to be delivered 48 hours from the order. At the City’s discretion, the City may agree to an alternate time period via written communication. The concrete will be for use in public utility or street construction projects. The Vendor is not expected to perform any utility or street labor, save and except, what is legal, safe, and normally required to dispense the product at the worksite.
