The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the purchase of hot mix asphaltic concrete (“HMAC”) material supply and pavement repairs to be performed within fifteen (15) business days of an order. At the City’s discretion, the City may agree to an alternate time period (to respond to an order) via written communication. The asphalt will be for use in public utility or street construction projects. The Contractor is expected to source the appropriate paving materials, rent or own the appropriate paving equipment, and perform any labor normally required to complete an HMAC paving repair. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
