The University of Texas at Arlington (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) for selection of Engineering firm(s) for services to be provided “as needed” (IDIQ Contract) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the attached Request for Qualifications. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first step in a two-step process for selecting an “as needed” Engineering firm. In the final step of the process, Interviews, the “most” qualified respondents may be requested to attend an interview with the Owner to confirm the Qualification submittal and answer additional questions.
