Site 1: The purpose of this project is to repair bathroom #1, HVAC, flooring, shower stall, electrical, gypsum board, plumbing, caulking, paint, and smoke detectors as per TVC - FVA Grant program. Work shall include, demolition, removal of debris This project is approximately 1496 square feet building area. Work is located at 4614 Lariat Loop. Contractor shall provide a portable toilet and trash dumpster/dump truck at the job site prior to starting the project. Site 2: The purpose of this project is to repair the roofing, paint ceilings, floor finish, floor decking, two treated lumber ramps, and smoke detectors as per TVC – FVA Grant program. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of debris. This project is approximately 976 square feet building area in size. Work is located at 2524 David Lane. The City has established a 5% local vendor preference for this project.
