The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the listed project. Project Description: Upgrade the existing mechanical system to be more efficient and meet the needs of the COURTS. This will include a change from an air-cooled chiller to a water-cooled chiller, enclosure/structure for the new chiller, add heat exchanger, upgrade controls, remove and replace water boilers and pumps, etc. This project will need to be phased: Cooling components upgraded and replaced during winter months and the heating components upgraded during the summer months. Bonds required.
