The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from qualified sources to enter into a contract to provide labor for the removal of existing casework and countertops, and provide and install new casework and countertops in kind, as specified herein for Albemarle County Public Schools at Stony Point Elementary. This work will include plumbing, electrical, removal, and installation of flooring and rubber base, patching, priming, and painting walls where affected by casework removal. Bonds required.
