The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) will require the services of a professional contractor to perform Cleaning Services at the following administrative office buildings and Properties: 1) 401 Wythe Street 2) 322 Tancil Court, 3) Princess Square Condo Buildings and exterior property, 805, 835, 905, 935 N. Patrick located in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. It is the contractor's responsibility to familiarize him/herself with the physical size and conditions of the office and the property sites. The Office and Property Cleaning Services shall be performed under the terms and conditions of the Contract and the specifications included herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
