The City of Chesapeake is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Irrigation System New Installations along with the Maintenance and Repair of existing systems throughout the City of Chesapeake. The Contractor shall provide, install, program, and test new irrigation systems at the City’s request; shall maintain, repair, or test existing irrigation systems at the City’s request, and shall perform scheduled seasonal maintenance on existing irrigation systems. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for such services including (without limitation) piping, fittings, sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and control wire.
