The City of Danville is accepting bids for Foundations For Cyber Park Substation. Scope: To obtain proposals for the construction, including the furnishing of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to install the foundations at the Cyber Park Substation as described in the Proposal Documents. Group L - Foundations: The Contractor shall furnish and install all reinforced concrete foundations to include, but not be limited to, concrete, reinforcing steel, anchor bolts as indicated on the drawings, formwork, bracing, tie-wire, etc, in accordance with the specifications as shown on the drawings and details. The owner will furnish the anchor bolts for the new 69 and 25 kV structures. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying the anchor bolts for the power circuit breakers’ foundations. Group M - Site Preparation: The site is new, and all work will be done within the substation area. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the entrance driveway and the proper grade lines during installation of all foundations. The Contractor shall be responsible, once all foundation facilities are completed, to return the site to its original elevations in all areas disturbed to the satisfaction of the Owner and Engineer. Bonds required.
