The City of Danville is accepting bids for Golf Club Road Underground Conduit System Installation. Major components of the work under these specifications for Golf Club Road Underground Conduit Installation are as follows: • Receive, store, and install any Owner furnished materials as listed in Section 5.1.1. • Purchase, receive, store, and install any contractor supplied materials as listed in Section 5.1.2 • Bore approximately 1200 feet of two - 4 inch HDPE conduits at a minimum cover depth of 3 feet. • Coordinate with Danville Utility Construction contractor to configure the installation of the two conduits entering and exiting the three 36” X 48” X 36” PullBoxes. One conduit will be installed with bell ends and pull wire with the second installed with pull wire and plugged. The pullboxes will be installed by Danville Utilities to match the slope of the right of way to maintain ease of right of way clearing. Bonds required.
