The City of Falls Church (City) is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms/Bidders to complete the Berman Park Trail Crossings Project. The Project will improve a total of six (6) street crossings of Berman Park at three (3) locations in the City. The crossing locations are 1) Kent Street at Ellison Street (three (3) crossings), 2) Irving Street (one (1) crossing), and 3) South Spring Street at Lea Court (two (2) crossings). Project elements at each of the locations vary slightly, but include: • A narrowed street crossing section; • Raised crossings near the park crossings; • Stamped concrete; • ADA components; • Enhanced Street Lighting (including coordination with Dominion Energy); and • Landscaping with perennials. Bonds required.
