The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a responsive and responsible company to establish a term contract for a system replacement service for an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at the Fredericksburg Police Headquarters, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Furnish and install a new replacement UPS system. • Concrete pad shall be expanded due to the larger footprint of the new UPS system. • Furnish and install a temporary transformer and associated infrastructure to facilitate bypass of UPS system during switch out to minimize downtime of the electrical system. Temporary transformer and associated infrastructure to be removed after the new UPS system has been installed and tested to be fully operational.
