The selected contractor will be required to perform a full replacement of Fredericksburg Regional Transit’s existing shop sink at the Fredericksburg Regional Transit Maintenance Facility located at 11716 Main St., Fredericksburg, VA 22408. The requirements to complete this scope of services includes, but is not limited to: 1.) Supply and replace shop sink of a brand name or equal to a Bradley WF2703 sink (equivalent must be approved by FXBGO!). 2.) Modification to existing drain line(s). 3.) All work and related work for site cleanup and restoration. 4.) Vendor must be compliant with Davis Bacon Act requirements. 5.) Project is required to include a one-year warranty. 6.) Contractor shall obtain and pay for any and all applicable construction permit(s), license(s). 7.) NAICS Code: 91060 Prevailing wages.
