The work under this Project generally consists of replacing the water and sanitary sewer mainlines along Queens Way between King Street and Eaton Street, replacing all landscaping, lighting, pavement, and sidewalk between King Street and Wine Street, replacing all of the asphalt pavement surface and some of the landscaping and sidewalk pavers between Wine Street and Eaton Street, replacing some of the pavement, landscaping, lighting, and sidewalk pavers along King Street between Queens Way and Settlers Landing Road, and improving the three intersections along Queens Way with new curb ramps, and with asphalt surface and stamped asphalt crosswalks at the Wine Street and Eaton Street intersections, and with cobbles and pavers at the King Street intersection. MBE goal 4.34%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
