This unsealed Request for Proposals is issued by the James City Service Authority (“Owner”) to obtain proposals for backflow prevention assembly (BPA) testing and possible Check Valve repair following testing. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by the JCSA Cross Connection Control Supervisor. All work shall be performed by the successful vendor; no subcontractors shall be permitted for this work. All Offerors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. Bonds required.
