The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a maintenance contract for arboriculture pruning services in the greater downtown Lynchburg area. Trees to be pruned and specifications by mature height, size and block are included herein. Upon successful completion of the work, the City reserves the right to issue a contract for Tree Pruning Services for a one-year term with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. If a term contract is awarded, additional jobs may be assigned on an as needed basis at a price mutually agreed upon.
