The Breezewood Pond Retrofit project will convert the existing bioretention basin located approximately 650 feet south of the Lakeside Drive and Breezewood Drive intersection into a wet pond. Construction of this project will include vegetation removal, sediment removal, grading, drainage structure modifications, the installation of new drainage structures, chain link fence modifications, plug plantings, and an aerator to improve water quality. Bonds required.
