The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide services for the completion of the City's Criminal Justice Agency Building Renovation project, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. The renovation project has become necessary due to the age of the facility and need for enhanced security. The Work shall be completed in two phases to enable continuity of occupancy and operations by the Criminal Justice Agency. Bonds required.
