The scope of work under this contract shall be to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to complete various installations of ADA ramps with truncated dome centers throughout the City of Norfolk, as determined by the Director of Public Works. Additionally, Contractor will make permanent restoration in the right of way consisting of the removal and installation of concrete structures such as roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, valley gutters, brick pavers, crack sealing, and pavement markings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, erosion and sediment control and traffic control to complete in place, all assigned Work Orders under the contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
