The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Winfree Cottage Renovation project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to, construction of a caretaker’s suite attached to the existing structure. This contract will not include relocating the cottage to its new location; instead, the Contractor will be responsible for surveying and preparing the site, including laying foundations prior to the relocation. Following the relocation, the Contractor shall proceed with the restoration and construction of the addition. Bonds required.
