Mechanical, electrical and demolition to support the re-roof is also included. Replacement of two rooftop cooling towers, repairs to existing steel platform, temporary cooling tower and piping, and required electrical work. Also includes security fencing around temporary chiller and required demolition. MBE goal 12%. Bonds required.
