To assist the PUD with the ongoing maintenance and support of the Audio/Visual (AV) system and videoconferencing equipment in the new administrative building located in Mount Vernon, Washington. The PUD intends to engage one service provider to establish a consistently integrated platform that has continuity to all facilities under PUD ownership requiring Audio/Visual equipment or needs. The selected service provider will be offered a sole source contract over a four-year term to accomplish this objective.
