Project will extend water and communication conduit utilities from the reservation east along Helmick Road. The utilities include a 6-inch HDPE dedicated fill line for a future water reservoir, a 14-inch HDPE water distribution main, and 4-inch HDPE conduit. The project bid is broken down into four separate bid schedules. Schedule A includes construction on reservation property and is not subject to sales tax. Schedule B includes construction in Skagit County right of way and is subject to Skagit County sales tax. Schedule C includes construction in Skagit County right of way beyond station 16+20 on the design drawings and is subject to Skagit County sales tax. Contract award will likely include partial inclusion of Schedule C bid quantities depending on bids and funding constraints. Schedule D includes a short segment of existing water main replacement on reservation property, not subject to sales tax. Project includes surface restoration of both paved and non-paved surfaces Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
