The work includes the remodel of approximately 949 square feet of an existing Cath Lab Procedure Room and Control Room. The existing ceiling mounted Siemens cath lab unit and Berchtold medical gas/power boom will be removed by owner and new systems installed. The new systems include the ceiling mounted Philips Azurion 7 cath lab unit and Skytron medical gas/power boom which is to be installed by vendors. A new rooftop HVAC unit including reconfigured ductwork will also be installed to support Cath Lab #3. New work will also include new rubber sheet flooring, suspended GWB ceiling, Unistrut support framing system, painting, structural, mechanical, and electrical underslab power and lighting.
