This contract provides for a 2-inch HMA overlay on North Reed Street between State Route 20 and Sapp Road (approximately 3,600 ft). Overlay work will include planing and pavement markings on North Reed Street. Other work elements include traffic control, temporary pavement marking, adjusting existing structures, installation of storm structures, and curb ramp upgrades. The project also includes planing and a 2-inch HMA overlay of Portobello Avenue between North Fruitdale Road and East Gateway Heights Loop / Arrezo Drive (approximately 900 ft). Overlay work will include planing, placement of paving fabric, pavement markings, and curb ramp upgrades. In addition, this contract provides for sidewalk installation, pavement markings, and curb ramp upgrades on State Street between Central Avenue and the SedroWoolley Senior Center (approximately 400 ft). The contract also provides for sidewalk installation, pavement markings, and curb ramp upgrades on Nelson Street from 6th Street to 7th Street (approximately 500 ft). The project also includes several sidewalk panel and driveway replacements, and curb ramp upgrades in the Sedro-Woolley Central Business District. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
