Major Participant must be prequalified with WSDOT for Work Class 6. This project will replace five existing fish barrier culvert crossings at the following locations: (i) I-5 at Baker Creek & Spring Creek (milepost 255.76 to milepost 256.76) and (ii) SR 539 at Baker Creek (milepost 0.00 to 0.35). The aforementioned include Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) Sites 990015, 990022, 991973, 992003, and 992987, with fish passable structures in compliance with the federal injunction regarding fish passage underneath WSDOT highways. A state funded project with condition of award disadvantaged business enterprise/small and veteran business enterprise goals to be determined.
