The project rehabilitates the existing RV Park restroom facility by maintaining the existing building envelope while upgrading the inner mechanisms of the facility. The project consists of removing and replacing existing plumbing fixtures including toilets with flush valves, urinals with flush valves, sinks with faucets, and showers with controls as well as water supply piping. Replacing existing shower compartments, drains and benches. Replacing toilet accessories, doors and hardware. The building interior and exterior surfaces will be prepped and painted. Removing and replacing existing electrical fixtures including lighting and an owner supplied panelboard. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
