John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those certified as DBE, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: Sawcut, Clear & Grub, Pulverize Existing Asphalt Section, Miscellaneous Demolition & Removals, Remove Pavement Markings, Remove Existing Guidance Sign & Foundation, Remove & Dispose Storm Drain Pipe & Structures, Remove & Dispose Electrical Pull/Junction Box, Remove & Dispose Existing Edge Light, Excavation, Embankment, Unsuitable Subgrade, Utility Protection Slab, Subgrade Preparation (Full Strength Area & Shoulder Area), Infield Surface Grading, Subgrade Stabilization Fabric, Place & Compact Recycled Base, P-209 Aggregate Base, P-403 HMA, P-401 HMA, Tack Coat, General Electric, Electrical Conduit, Electrical Pull Box, Temporary Electrical, Airfield Electrical Conductor, Counterpoise, Taxiway Edge Light Elevated, Runway Edge Light Flush Mount, Runway Edge Light Elevated, Install Guidance Sign & Foundation (2, 3 & 4 Module), Storm Drain Catch Basin, Storm Drain (18"-24"), 4" PVC Perforated Edge Drain, 6" PVC Solid Edge Drain, Outlet, Temporary Marking with Reflective Media, Pavement Markings, Hydromulch Erosion Control, SWPPP.

John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the aforementioned items of work. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must be registered with the California DIR, possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available via email.
