Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Construction surveying; traffic control; clearing and grubbing; concrete work; asphalt paving; excavation; grading; off-haul and disposal; underground utilities; electrical work; traffic striping and marking; and potholing.
All subcontractors are required to provide their current DIR registration number and their current California Contractors license number.
Truckers will be required to provide their current DIR registration and their current DMV Motor Carrier CA number.
Payment & performance Bonds may be required. Bonding Assistance is available.
Insurance COI with endorsement CG20101185 or equivalent may be required, please call if you need assistance or have questions regarding insurance requirements.
We are a union signatory company; you may be required to sign a one-time job agreement with a union. You will be required to sign our subcontractor agreement or service contractor purchase order.
