Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The project is described as: site improvements to exterior play yard, removal of existing wood retaining wall and its replacement with a new concrete retaining wall with wood siding. This work involves the following; A. Removal and proper disposal of existing lower wood retaining wall and posts B. Removal and replacement of the existing wood posts on the upper wood retaining wall. C. Installation of poured-in-place concrete seat wall with piers to replace lower wood retaining wall. D. Installation of wood siding over the concrete seat wall. E. Abatement of hazardous materials. F. Miscellaneous patch and repair of existing play yard paving.
