Selective Demo, HazMat Remediation, Modified Bitumen Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing/Trim, Joint Sealants, Markerboards/Tackboards, Signage, Fire Ext./Cabs, Electrical, Data Communications, Classroom AV, Earthwork, Site Clearing, Asphalt Concrete Paving, Site Concrete, Janitorial, Services & Suppliers.
Classroom technology improvements, Accessibility improvements, Roof replacement. COOPER: Classroom technology upgrades in Bldgs. A, D1, D2, D4, E1, E3, E4, P21, P22, P23, P24, P25, P26, P27, P28, P29, P30, P31, P32, P33, P34, P35, P36, P37, P38 & P39. Accessibility upgrades indicated in the request for unreasonable hardships (includes upgrades to path of travel, accessible parking & accessible drop off). Other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete and operational project. CALLISON: Classroom technology upgrades in Bldgs. A, D1, D2, D4, E1, E3, E4, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P28, P29, P30, P30, P31, P32, P33, P34, P35 & P36. Accessibility upgrades indicated in the request for unreasonable hardships (includes path of travel, accessible parking & accessible drop off upgrades). Roofing replacement at Bldgs. D4 & E1.
