Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is described as, restoration and repairs of a viewing stand building involving: selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, concrete pavement, storm drainage systems, concrete rehabilitation, metal fabrications, fluid-applied roofing, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wood window rehabilitation, hollow metal doors and frames, FRP doors, door hardware, aluminum windows, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, elastomeric coatings, painting, signs, aluminum bleachers, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, lighting, fire alarm devices, athletic rubber surface tiles.
BID quotes are due no later than 11AM Wednesday, March 22, 2023 to allow ample time to review and to be considered. Send quotes to [email protected] NOTE: DVBE requirement is 3%.
