Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Temporary construction facilities, clearing/grubbing, earthwork, utility demolition, structure demolition, rock slope protection, hazardous material remediation, hazardous material testing, soil testing, turbidity monitoring, debris disposal, soil disposal, hazardous material disposal, trucking, surveying, utility location.

Seeking Qualified & Certified Richmond Small Businesses And Richmond Disadvantage Business Firms
Must be currently DBE certified with California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) or SBE With Department of General Services
SUB-BIDS AND SUPPLIER QUOTES ARE DUE: NO LATER THAN MARCH 23, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M.
Manson Construction Co. intends to seriously negotiate with qualified DBE/SB firms for project participation in all applicable disciplines. To maximize participation, Mason will work with individual firms to divide scopes of work to best fit the capabilities of each firm. Subcontractor must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at bid time. Please submit DBE/SBE certification with scope letter for proper evaluation.
