ELSINORE VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (EVMWD) NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE DIAMOND REGIONAL SEWER LIFT STATION AND DUAL FORCEMAINS PROJECT - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES EVMWD is requesting proposals for the Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station and Dual Forcemains Project - Construction Management Services. The Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station (DRSLS) is designed to receive raw wastewater and pump it through two new parallel 18-inch and 24-inch HDPE force mains and discharge into an existing junction structure and connecting to an existing 54-inch gravity sewer pipeline along Lakeshore Dr. The lift station will pump an average daily flow of 3.0 MGD and will have the ability for future phased expansions for up to 6.6 MGD of average flow. This is the first of three phases for future expansion(s) of the lift station. District requires construction management and inspection services for the two construction projects listed below: 1. Construction Package 1: Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station (DRSLS) 2. Construction Package 2: Diamond Regional Sewer Dual Force Mains (DFM) Construction Package 1 includes the construction of the DRSLS and removal of the Interim Summerly Lift Station and the Back Basin Groundwater Filtration Plant Lift Station and downsizing of the B-1 Lift Station. Construction Package 2 includes construction of 24-inch and 18-inch HDPE dual force mains. The total anticipated construction duration for both the DRSLS and DFMs is 24 months (24 months DRSLS and 12 months DFMs), constructed concurrently.
