Orion Construction Corporation is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DBE/WBE/MBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUBzone Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project and encourages contracting with a consortium of DBE's when a contract is too large for one firm to handle. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required, and Orion Construction Corporation will pay up to 3% bond premium. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact us for details, or with any questions. Include with your bid the Time required for Performance of your work and any Delivery Schedules so that we can establish a Flexible Timeframe for your work. Please note that Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act program of the EPA has statutory requirements commonly known as “American Iron and Steel” that requires all of the iron and steel products used in the project to be produced in the United States.
