PROJECT LOCATION: District’s existing Upper Valle De Los Caballos (UVDC) Facility on De Portola Road, approximately 1,500 feet northeast of the intersection of Pauba Road and De Portola Road, in the city of Temecula, California,

We are seeking quotes for construction, supplies, materials, equipment, and services (business services, professional services, etc.) for the subject project.

The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with the Davis-Bacon labor compliance program, a federal requirement of the Environmental Protection Agency Infrastructure Finance & Innovations Act. The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall also comply with applicable California Labor Code requirements including but not limited to Section 1720 et seq.

Bonds for work performed will be required in the amount of 100%. General Lability Insurance shall be $5,000,000 per occurrence ($5,000,000 aggregate), Commercial liability be $1,000,000 ($2,000,000 aggregate), auto lability $1,000,000, Workers Comp Insurance $1,000,000
