The scope of work includes but is not limited to:  Traffic Control System (cones, signage, flaggers, delineators and all other appurtenances for a safe traffic control system); Portable Changeable Message Boards; Construction Area Signs & Temporary Signage; Storm Water Pollution Control; Street Rehabilitation (Pavement Milling, HMA Base Repairs, Cold-in-Place Recycling, Rubberized HMA; HMA Leveling Course); Shoulder Backing; Crack Sealing; Utility Adjustments (Lower & Raise Manholes, Gas Valves, Monument; Adjust Water Meter Box, Telephone Box, & Monuments to Grade); Concrete & Sidewalk (Remove & Replace Concrete Curb, Gutter, Curb Ramps, Remove Planter Island); Construct Concrete (Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, Island, Driveway & Bulbouts); Electrical (Install Hybrid High Intensity Activated Traffic Crosswalk (HAWK), Remove Overhead Beacons, Mast Arm & Pole, removal and/or Relocation of Traffic Signal and Equipment, Relocate Traffic Box); Traffic Striping, Markings (Various Details); Storm Drain Improvements; Bioretention (Install 4” Perforated Underdrain Pipe, Planting for Bioretention; Hydroseed Bioretention Slopes); and Install Markers; and trucking to haul grindings and import HMA (hourly).
