Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Task No. 3: Partnering Process
• Task No. 4: Design Reviews and Evaluation Reports including thirty-five percent (35%),
sixty-five percent (65%) and ninety-five percent (95%) design reviews
• Task No. 7: DBE and SB Subcontracting Plan
• Task No. 9: Permits
• Task No. 10: Risk Management
• Task No. 12: Detailed Construction Schedule
• Task No. 13: Sustainability Plan
• Task No. 14: Work Package and Long-Lead Items Report
• Task No. 16: Agency and Community Affairs Support
• Task No. 17: Construction Cost Estimates – Milestone OPCC
• Task No. 19: Early Utility New Service Construction Documents
• Task No. 20: Construction Safety and Security Plan
• Task No. 22: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
• Task No. 23: Construction Hazardous Materials Plan
• Task No. 24: Construction Workforce Training and Hiring Plan
• Task No. 25: Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) Compliance
• Task No. 26: Interface Coordination
