Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
ENVIRONMENTAL: (Lead Compliance Plan, Water Pollution Control Planning (SWPP)); TRAFFIC CONTROL: (Traffic Control System, Construction Area Signs, Temporary Automated End of Queue Warning System with Truck-Mounted Changeable Message Sign, Temporary Crash Cushion Module); SIGNING & STRIPING: (Temporary Barrier System, Remove/Replace Roadside/Directional/Warning/Panel and Aluminum Signs, Furnish Formed Overhead Panel Sign, Remove/Replace Striping and Markings - Painted and 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch Thermoplastic, Remove/Replace Contrast Stripe); LANDSCAPING (Temporary Inlet Drainage Control, Vegetation Control); GUARDRAIL (Alternative Crash Cushion, Alternative In-Line Terminal, Treated Wood Waste, Guard Railing Delineator, Midwest Guardrail System, Single Three Beam Barrier, End Cap, End Anchor Assembly, Transition Railing, Remove Guardrail, and Crash Cushion); CIVIL (Concrete Removal, Roadway Excavation, Imported Borrow, Place Minor Hot Mix Asphalt and Asphalt Dike, Remove Asphalt Concrete Dike, Pavement, and surfacing, Structural Concrete, Drainage Inlet, Minor Structure Concrete, 24-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 12-inch Slotted Corrugated Steel Pipe, Remove Pipe, Remove Inlet, Miscellaneous Minor Concrete Construction, Remove Concrete Curb, Miscellaneous Iron and Steel, Concrete Barrier and Transition, Remove Concrete Barrier); FOUNDATION DRILLING (60-inch, 72-inch and 78-inch Cast-in-drilled-hole Concrete Pile); SIGN STRUCTURES (Furnish/install Bridge Mounted Without Walkway, Versatile Truss, Aluminum Walkway Grating - Versatile Truss, Remove Sign Structure and Bridge Mounted Sign).
Please provide bids/quotes at least one day prior to bid date and include any certification documents you may have as well as your DIR Certification number. Assistance with bonding, insurance, materials, and lines of credit is available to qualified subcontractors if requested. Delivery schedules will be accommodated and items of work can be broken down into smaller qualtities to encourage maximum participation. Selected subcontractors are encouraged to reach out to lower-tier contractors.
