Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Scope of Work:
Abatement and demolition of existing flooring, chalkboards and tackwall, installation of new flooring, markerboards, tackwall, interior paint throughout area of work (doors, walls, lockers), repair/replacement of a few doors, selected door hardware replacements, acoustic ceiling tile replacement, replacement in kind of toilet room accessories, and refurbishment of classroom countertops, as well as other minor scope. Telecom scope includes design and construction of a new public address headend, new CCTV system, and additional structured cabling to accommodate new WiFi access points (WAP) in each classroom, and office areas.
Duration:
144 Calendar Days
This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement that all subcontractors will need to agree to in order to work on this project. All subcontracts over $300,000 will require a performance and payment bond. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the carpenters and labors union.
