Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The Project is described as: Abatement and demolition of existing flooring, chalkboards and tackwall, installation of new flooring, markerboards, tackwall, interior paint throughout area of work (doors, walls, lockers), repair/replacement of a few doors, selected door hardware replacements, acoustic ceiling tile replacement, replacement in kind of toilet room accessories, and refurbishment of classroom
countertops, as well as other minor scope. Telecom scope includes design and construction of a new public address headend, new CCTV system, and additional structured cabling to accommodate new wifi access points (WAP) in each classroom, and office areas.
