Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement.
Cement Plater
Sheet metal flashing
Elastomeric coating
Scaffolding
The project is generally described as: Exterior wall and cornice repairs at Mission Education Center. This work involves the following:
- Abatement of hazardous materials.
- Demolition of existing cornice and supports down to the substrate at all exterior walls and replacement with new EIFS wall cornice mouldings.
- Partial removal of cement plaster finish on two walls of the South Elevation.
- Installation of new sheathing and cement plaster.
- Crack repairs in cement plaster.
- Sheet metal flashing.
- Sealant.
- Elastomeric coating at new cement plaster areas.
Construction schedule: Begin in June 2025, reach substantial completion in August 2025.
