Subcontractors should register with City of San Diego at:  https://www.sandiego.gov/purchasing/bids-contracts/vendorreg.  Please provide bids at least one day prior to bid date and include any Certification Documents you may have along with your DIR Registration number.  HPS Mechanical will assist qualified bidders with bid documents, obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, materials equipment, supplies, any technical assistance, questions or requirements.  Items of work can be broken down into economically feasible units and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum SLBE/ELBE participation.  Selected subcontractors are encouraged to please reach out to lower-tier subcontractors/suppliers for any category of work that is too large for them to accommodate according to contract requirements.
